Recently Diagnosed or Relapsed? Stop Looking For a Miracle Cure, and Use Evidence-Based Therapies To Enhance Your Treatment and Prolong Your Remission

Multiple Myeloma an incurable disease, but I have spent the last 25 years in remission using a blend of conventional oncology and evidence-based nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle therapies from peer-reviewed studies that your oncologist probably hasn't told you about.

Multiple Myeloma- Ellagic Acid

The use of juice, peel and oil have also been shown to possess anticancer activities, including interference with tumor cell proliferation, cell cycle, invasion and angiogenesis.

Multiple myeloma (MM) is an incurable blood cancer. Conventional FDA approved MM therapies can induce one or more remissions however almost all MMer eventually relapse and face MDR or multi-drug resistance. I believe all MM survivors must consider non-conventional, non-toxic multiple myeloma therapy such as ellagic acid.

Newly diagnosed MMers need more than what conventional oncology offers. Evidence-based but non-conventional integrative, non-conventional and complementary therapies offer greater possibilities.

Nutritional supplementation such as ellagic acid and pomegranate should be regarded as an ideal adjunct therapy for the newly diagnosed multiple myeloma patient as well as the MMer who is in remission.

Conventional oncology must focus on FDA approved cancer therapies by law. This is the way that conventional medicine works. And that system is fine for those diseases that are addressed properly by conventional medicine. Unfortunately, MM is not one of those diseases.

Have you been diagnosed with multiple myeloma? What stage? What therapies have you undergone or are you considering?

To learn more about these and other integrative therapies please scroll down the page, post a question or comment and I will reply ASAP.

Thank you,

Ellagic Acid and Multiple Myeloma

“I have not come across any studies specifically linking ellagic acid, or ellagitannins (the difference is explained below), to myeloma, but its anti-cancer properties are well-established, at least in vitro and in vivo on cells, rats and mice. I would like to mention that the University of Oslo is currently conducting a clinical trial on ellagic acid and other substances (quercetin, selenium, garlic extract, EGCG, etc.) for follicular lymphoma..”

Punica granatum (pomegranate) and its potential for prevention and treatment of inflammation and cancer.

“Abstract: The last 7 years have seen over seven times as many publications indexed by Medline dealing with pomegranate and Punica granatum than in all the years preceding them. Because of this, and the virtual explosion of interest in pomegranate as a medicinal and nutritional product that has followed, this review is accordingly launched.

The pomegranate tree, Punica granatum, especially its fruit, possesses a vast ethnomedical history and represents a phytochemical reservoir of heuristic medicinal value. The tree/fruit can be divided into several anatomical compartments: (1) seed, (2) juice, (3) peel, (4) leaf, (5) flower, (6) bark, and (7) roots, each of which has interesting pharmacologic activity. Juice and peels, for example, possess potent antioxidant properties, while juice, peel and oil are all weakly estrogenic and heuristically of interest for the treatment of menopausal symptoms and sequellae.

The use of juice, peel and oil have also been shown to possess anticancer activities, including interference with tumor cell proliferation, cell cycle, invasion and angiogenesis. These may be associated with plant based anti-inflammatory effects, The phytochemistry and pharmacological actions of all Punica granatum components suggest a wide range of clinical applications for the treatment and prevention of cancer, as well as other diseases where chronic inflammation is believed to play an essential etiologic role.”

Ellagic acid induces apoptosis through inhibition of nuclear factor κB in pancreatic cancer cells

“Abstract: To determine the effect of ellagic acid on apoptosis and proliferation in pancreatic cancer cells and to determine the mechanism of the pro-survival effects of ellagic acid.

RESULTS: We show that ellagic acid, a polyphenolic compound in fruits and berries, at concentrations 10 to 50 mmol/L stimulates apoptosis in human pancreatic adenocarcinoma cells. Further, ellagic acid decreases proliferation by up to 20-fold at 50 mmol/L…”

      Hi Antoinette-

I take Wobenzyme N. Big bottle with a big red label. I but the 800 table size. Expensive but lasts a long time. I also supplement with omega 3 fatty acids (fish oil) and nattokinase. I began all that in about 2000 when my doctor has prescribed warfarin. I didn’t like many aspects of warfarin supplementation so I decided to treat myself. I don’t recommend this. I’m just telling you what I did.

Thank you again for the info. I just got a MRI which showed my pancreatic tumor has doubled in size from dec. 2016. My oncologist says I need 6 WEEKS OF RADIATION and a chemo pill Xeloda. He says the pill is low dose and I will not lose my hair but will get nausea but can control that with meds. He says that protocol will reduce the tumor in half but willnot cure the cancer. After 3 months treatment in Tijuana at the Immunity Therapy Center I have no pancreatic pain as I do before I went to Mexico just gas pain after I eat. We are thinking of getting a Rife Argon plasma Tube machine from Resonant Light Technologies in Canada. They have had good results with pancreatic cancer so their testamonials claim. Have you info on the chemo and radiation and on the Rife frequency machine? Thank you for your help because I really would rather find something other than chemo like elligic acid. How much fruit like raspberries staw. and pomagranite do we consume?

{ have pancreatic cancer. A tumor on the artery going to my intestine. So no surgery. They said only chemo will help. So we went to Mexico for 3 months Tijuana. Also they saw with pet scan a Thrombosis of the spleenic vein but said nothing about treating it. In Mexico they put me on Elicuis a blood thinner right that first day. They said I could have died on the plane if the clot would have moved. Now I am home feeling better. I am taking B-17 Nadine hoxeys formula and super enzymes, cyruta plus for vit,c, a 16 strain probiotic and graviola tea made from the leaves and stems. Have you any info on Graviola for pancreatic cancer? Also is pomagranite good for me? Thank you.

    Hi A-

I am sorry to read of your pancreatic cancer diagnosis. You are correct. There is very little that conventional oncology can offer you at this point. That said I believe that there are a number of therapies such as pomegranate, intravenous vitamin C, and therapies to integrate with conventional chemo. The integration will make the chemo more effective and less toxic according to studies.

Re your blood clot. I resolved my own clots using enzymes and nattokinase.

I am a cancer coach. My role is to provide an evidence-based therapy plan. Let me know if you have any questions.

    Hang in there,
