Recently Diagnosed or Relapsed? Stop Looking For a Miracle Cure, and Use Evidence-Based Therapies To Enhance Your Treatment and Prolong Your Remission
Multiple Myeloma an incurable disease, but I have spent the last 25 years in remission using a blend of conventional oncology and evidence-based nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle therapies from peer-reviewed studies that your oncologist probably hasn't told you about.

“…These findings suggest that increased intake of nattokinase may play an important role in preventing and treating hypertension.”
I developed a deep vein thrombosis (DVT) from aggressive chemotherapy (treating a diagnosis of multiple myeloma) in early 1995. I read a study that said that Nattokinase might dissolve my DVT. It took several years for my clot to dissolve but dissolve it did.
I was diagnosed with atrial fibrillation (afib) in late 2010. I was then diagnosed with chemotherapy-induced cardiomyopathy in early 2019. I’m pretty sure that my afib was the beginning of my CICM.
My goal now is to manage my CICM as best I can. Every study I’ve read tells me that cardiomyopathy can’t be reversed.
My goal is to fully reverse my CICM but I’ll settle for managing it with evidence-based non-toxic therapies such as nattokinese.
Little did I know that my blood pressure and CICM was being helped by Nattokinase since I’ve been taking it for all these years.
The YouTube video linked below explains how Nattokinase works to lower blood pressure. The guy doing the short video touches on the two most important points.
Conventional blood pressure medications carry the risk of side effects.
Nattokinase supplementation includes a number of other health benefits.
Abstract-The objective of this study was to examine the effects of nattokinase supplementation on blood pressure in subjects with pre-hypertension or stage 1 hypertension…
In a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial, 86 participants ranging from 20 to 80 years of age with an initial untreated systolic blood pressure (SBP) of 130 to 159 mmHg received nattokinase (2,000 FU/capsule) or a placebo capsule for 8 weeks…
In conclusion, nattokinase supplementation resulted in a reduction in SBP and DBP. These findings suggest that increased intake of nattokinase may play an important role in preventing and treating hypertension.”
I recommend watching the YouTube video linked above- this is a short video explaining how nattokinase can lower blood pressure.
