Pre-MM & Covid-19? Supplementation

While Pre-MM (SBP, MGUS and SMM) and virus’ such as the flu and the coronavirus are two completely different health problems, they are remarkably similar when it comes to managing them.

When I talk about similarities between pre-MM (SBP, MGUS, SMM) and the COVID-19, I’m talking about RISK. I’m talking about conventional versus non-conventional therapies to reduce a person’s health risks.

If you are diagnosed with either MGUS or SMM, you can undergo chemotherapy to reduce your risk of MM. You can be vaccinated and greatly reduce your risk of contracting the coronavirus or other viruses. Conventional therapies have pros and cons, risk and rewards.

Let me be clear. Chemotherapy and vaccines are essential in the management of cancer and virus’ such as Covid-19. I’m trying to make the point that people can take non-toxic therapies, relatively easy steps shown to dramatically reduce their risks of disease.

According to the research linked and excerpted below, the risk of contracting the coronavirus can be greatly reduced with the nutritional supplementation listed below.

Vitamin D3, Omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin C, Probiotics and other foods and supplements reduce the risk of pre-MM bcoming full MM.

  • Vitamin C
  • Omega-3 Fatty Acids

  • Exercise

Likewise,

  • anti-angiogenic nutrition,
  • supplementation such as curcumin, resveratrol and omega-3 fatty acids and
  • lifestyle therapies

greatly reduce the risk of a pre-mm patient developing frank multiple myeloma.
