Hi David- What are the chances of using Hydrogen Peroxide or any other alternative therapy for a bladder cancer with lung metastasis, 84 years old patient? After several TUR and BCG treatment failed, he is going to be treated with chemotherapy soon in the hospital, just to relieve the pain.

I am sorry to read of the 84 year old’s metastatic bladder cancer.
When you cite failed bladder cancer treatments TUR and BCG, I assume you are talking about:
- transurethral resection of the bladder tumor (TURBT) and
- Bacillus Calmette-Guerin (BCG)
I understand that the BC patient has already tried BCG therapy however the study linked below cites a possible interaction between BCG and Hydrogen Peroxide.
Further, with respect to the pain management you mention, I’ve linked a general article about BC pain management. I hope it helps.
To summarize, I have little experience with HP and BC. I can’t offer much information other than the studies linked below.
