As the study at the bottom of this blog illuminates omega 3 fatty acids, calcium and vitamin D supplementation can go a long way in managing many of the worst side effects due to ADT

I am a long-term cancer survivor and cancer coach. I have taken omega 3 fatty acids and vitamin D3 for years for several reasons. In short, taking these two evidence-based supplements has helped me remain cancer-free from my “incurable” cancer while I manage my chemo-induced brain, heart and nerve damage.

I take Life Extension Super Omega 3   (1 capsule daily) as well as Life Extension Vitamin D3 (3 x 1000mg daily) as well as other supplements.

Have you been diagnosed with prostate cancer? Are you undergoing ADT? Please scroll down the page, post a question or comment and I will reply to you ASAP.

thanks
