Research and Personal Experience Confirm the Benefit of Omega 3 Fatty Acids combined with Olive oil for Brain, Heart, Blood Heath- And they fight Cancer Too-

I am a long-term survivor of an “incurable” cancer called multiple myeloma. I have remained in complete remission by living an anti-MM lifestyle. Omega-3 fatty acids, discussed below, help me remain in complete remission from my cancer, help me manage my chronic A-Fib, help me heal my chemobrain (both side effects of my aggressive chemotherapy) and help my brain remain healthy for the rest of my life.

I have linked and excerpted the studies below to build my case for the addition of omega-3 fatty acids and olive oil to my daily diet.

I am both a cancer survivor and cancer coach. Research and experience has shown me that cancer patients must utilize both conventional (FDA approved) and evidence-based non-conventional therapies such as omega 3 fatty acids and olive oil to manage their health for the long term.

Do you have cancer? Side effects such as chemobrain or heart damage? Scroll down the page, post a question or comment and I will reply to you ASAP.

Thank you,

David Emerson

Extra-virgin olive oil preserves memory, protects brain against Alzheimer’s

“The Mediterranean diet is associated with a variety of health benefits, including a lower incidence of dementia. Now, researchers have identified a specific ingredient that protects against cognitive decline: extra-virgin olive oil. In a new study, the researchers show that consumption of extra-virgin olive oil protects memory and learning ability and reduces the formation of amyloid-beta plaques and neurofibrillary tangles in the brain — classic markers of Alzheimer’s disease…

“The evidence for the cardioprotective nature of omega-3 fatty acids is abundant, and currently available data indicate that patients with known coronary heart disease should consume at least 1 g daily of long-chain omega-3 fatty acids from either oily fish or fish-oil supplements…”

Hi David:
Thanks for your response concerning my Lung Tumors one in each lung but very small at this stage and I have a brain tumor. The brain tumor suddenly is growing rapidly and I’m losses my eye sight, can’t walk straight anymore, lost my hearing in my left ear and headache’s and jaw pain. So I signed up for Sept. to undergo 28 separate daily treatments with Pencil Proton Therapy for my brain tumor. I will receive a total of 50 Grays after all the treatments are completed. To my knowledge this is the safest radiation out there, the machine can cost as much as $80,000,000.00 Dollars so there are very few Proton Machines in the United States.
I must travel 800 miles to reach the nearest to me that using the Pencil Proton with Gantry.I refused surgery because of my advance age of 72 and with other health issues i did think I could make through the 10 to 12 hour surgery, with high risk of being paralyzed in the face for life. On the other hand what will this do to my Lung Tumor and other vital organs having 50Grays
of Radiation.I heard Boswellia can decrease the size of the tumor because it fights inflammation.
Question being, should I add Bromelain, Omega3, Olive Oil etc, every day between the procedure and during the procedure or wait until after the procedure?
I would like you to comment and coach me.
