Research and Personal Experience Confirm the Benefit of Omega 3 Fatty Acids combined with Olive oil for Brain, Heart, Blood Heath- And they fight Cancer Too- 

I am a long-term survivor of an “incurable” cancer called multiple myeloma. I have remained in complete remission by living an anti-MM lifestyle. Omega-3 fatty acids, discussed below, help me remain in complete remission from my cancer, help me manage my chronic A-Fib, help me heal my chemobrain (both side effects of my aggressive chemotherapy) and help my brain remain healthy for the rest of my life.

I have linked and excerpted the studies below to build my case for the addition of omega-3 fatty acids and olive oil to my daily diet.

I am both a cancer survivor and cancer coach. Research and experience has shown me that cancer patients must utilize both conventional (FDA approved) and evidence-based non-conventional therapies such as omega 3 fatty acids and olive oil to manage their health for the long term.
